Research
My area of research is Biological datamining, focusing on the functional analysis of long non-coding RNAs. Considering the transcriptome as a text, this work use Natural Language processing inspired algorithms for lncRNA analysis. The purpose of this research is to develop a pipeline for Computational Analysis of Long Non-Coding RNA Signatures using Principles of Topic Model.
