Three softwares which helps in controlling multimonitor on windows
1. Murgemon
2. Ultramon
3. Active multi monitor
For my personal experience I would prefer Ultramon as it has lots of customaization though its not so user friendly.
You can set individual wallpapers for individual monitors.
Set up custom keys to move apps from one monitor to another.
And control the aspect ratio of individual monitors.
